highchairs and two strollers for younger members of the family to use FREE OF CHARGE .
For our guests with young children we have a specially installed alarm
into and out of the pool area and
a safety fence around the pool itself
Our management company can
provide a Gas BBQ for $50 (£35) per week including a bottle of gas. There is a special paved area outside the screened
area for anyone wishing to have a BBQ as it is illegal to use one in the screened area
The villa has a large washer and dryer and we provide
all your towels - including pool towels - and linen ( all we ask is that you help us out by washing them as you go along
...it is optional, but it does help on our changeover day!)
Four hairdryers are available ( also useful for our UK guests as you'll find the UK ones don't work
as well with the different voltage )
The villa is fully air conditioned with controls both upsairs and downstairs.
We have a monitored alarm system which you can set when you go out...or even when you go to bed! There are smoke alarms
for your added peace of mind.
