If you decide that this is the villa for you there are two main things to do.
- Firstly, check with us that
your dates are available ( see availability request form on homepage )
- and obtain a quote for the period of
your stay.
REMEMBER - we may have offers available for the dates you require.....we'll let you know in
the quote.
When you are happy with the quote
- Email us to confirm your dates
- We will
email you with a copy of our booking form and terms & conditions form
- Please complete and sign both
and then return to us along with whatever payment is due, within the week.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HIGH
DEMAND FOR OUR VILLA, WE CANNOT HOLD DATES FOR LONGER THAN ONE WEEK WITHOUT RECEIVING WRITTEN CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
1. For the original deposit, we prefer a
cheque sent with the hard copy of the booking form and terms and conditions form
2. For the balance we can accept a cheque, wire transfer
or we can take a paypal* payment.
*PLEASE NOTE,
HOWEVER, THAT DUE TO THE HIGH CHARGES PAYPAL LEVIES, WE HAVE TO PASS ON HALF THE COST- ie AN ADDITIONAL 2% WILL BE ADDED TO
THE BALANCE OF YOUR PAYMENT SHOULD YOU WISH TO PAY BY THIS METHOD.
3. For late bookings the total payment plus refundable seurity
deposit* can be made by wire transfer or paypal only.
